- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrid! I've been calling and calling to receive my child's medical records to no avail. I've called the Florence location to be directed back to Manning. One day the recording said closed till 10:30 for staff development. Called at noon and 2:30 to receive the same message. Called last 2 days and the office is closed? This is a huge HIPAA violation and against South Carolina laws. If they violate my parental rights for obtaining records what other violations are they guilty of?
